SPRINT - Don't Use them!

I swiched my phone plan in October to a sprint plan from a Nextel plan. I swiched to save is some money. EVERY month since then the bill has been WRONG! I have logged over 12 hours working to get the problem solved. The lady in the Sprint store told me this AM that they make so much money they just don't care about their customers. I am so over it. Take my advice...Don't go with SPRINT!
